Jetour has opened bookings for the Jetour T2 i-DM plug-in hybrid (PHEV) SUV at KLIMS 2026 – this new model is the first hybrid vehicle offered by the Chinese automaker in Malaysia and builds on the standard T2, which was launched in the Malaysian market earlier in March 2026.

The Jetour T2 i-DM is powered by a 1.5-litre TGDI turbocharged 4-cylinder engine paired with a dual-motor electric setup and a 3-speed transmission, producing a combined output of 265kW (355hp) and 610Nm. The vehicle offers over 100km of pure electric range and a combined driving range of up to 1,200km. As a plug-in hybrid, it accepts both AC and DC charging standards, meaning it can be charged at home or via a dedicated public charging station.
Interior and safety equipment includes ADAS Level 2 driver assistance, six SRS airbags, and a panoramic view monitoring system; there’s a 15.6-inch “multimedia system” that is the center console, responsible for most of the vehicle’s functions as it has been the case with how Chinese-based vehicles are generally designed. The Jetour T2 i-DM carries an indicative price of RM168,888 and comes with a comprehensive ownership and warranty package; bookings are open at authorized Jetour dealerships nationwide. Customers booking the standard T2 during KLIMS 2026 receive a RM2,000 rebate, while Jetour Dashing is available with a rebate of up to RM10,000, with the VT9 featuring a rebate of up to RM15,000 during the show period.
