Samsung announced the global launch of its specialized version of The Frame (HL03H) at HITEC 2026, which is an event focusing on showcasing hospitality technologies (i.e. hotels). The hospitality variant will be available in 43-, 55-, 65-, and 75-inch sizes, with global rollout beginning in the second half of 2026.
The Frame (HL03H) For Hospitality Use
Given that this commercial model features the same name as the consumer-facing one, most of the hardware features are identical to each other. This includes 4K QLED anti-glare panels, and a slim fit wall mount that positions the screen close to the wall for a gallery-style installation, along with optional magnetic bezels for adjusting the frame appearance to suit different room environments.

For the HL03H model, you won’t find the One Connect Box responsible for the TV’s I/O; instead, the connection components are wired directly into the display. Collection Hub allows hotel operators to display curated artwork, photography, or branded visuals on the screen when the TV is not in active use, and the new Generative Wallpaper feature enables guests to produce AI-generated backgrounds for the display. Finally, the Live Translate function provides real-time subtitles for local broadcasts and Samsung TV Plus content in a guest’s preferred language.
Since last year, Samsung’s hotel TVs have included Google Cast and Apple AirPlay support, and they are carried forward to this model. Guests can mirror content from personal devices by scanning an on-screen QR code, no account login is required – on top of that, device data is automatically cleared upon checkout.
The Frame hospitality model is managed through LYNK Cloud, which is Samsung’s cloud platform for hotel TV operations. Hotel teams can monitor display status, update content, and distribute visuals across connected screens from a central interface, while guests can access digital concierge services, room service ordering, and hotel service bookings directly through the in-room display.
For hospitality service operators, LYNK Cloud’s Business Intelligence feature provides data on guest usage patterns, including frequently ordered services and popular content, to provide better insights and adjust guest services as needed. Collection Hub management is also handled through LYNK Cloud, allowing art content distribution and display calibration across multiple rooms simultaneously.
Pokdepinion: If you ask me, having an open HDMI port available is still a plus – good ol’ cables are still more reliable in general.
