First thing that you would notice from the device is of course the RGB strip at the rear of the phone. Under the hood, it packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 that comes with Adreno 540 graphics. For memory, it packs 8GB RAM that’s paired with 128GB of internal storage.
Powering it up is a 3800mAh battery and on the camera side of things, it sports a 24MP camera on the rear as well as a 8MP for selfies. Its RGB lights has 3 different scene that includes sporty, audio, and video. For display, it comes with a 6.1-inch FHD display.
So how is the Nubia Red Magic a gaming smartphone you might ask? Well for starters, it comes with air-cooling technology to restrain the device from overheating while you play your games. There’s also a 3-layer graphite cooling that will take off the heat too.
The LED strip at the back reacts when the phone is in “GameBoost” mode. With the mode, it disables notifications and allows the device to boost to higher power states. There’s the red button on the side that activates the mode.
Pokdepinion: While the phone does look nice, I’m quite curious on the company’s decision to put in a last-gen Snapdragon 835 chipset in it instead of the latest. What do you think of the Red Magic? Let us know your thoughts down below.
