We know the release date for Star Ocean: The Last Hope Remastered. Now we have the exact timing for the game’s release on PC via Steam. Alarms are set.

Star Ocean: The Last Hope Remastered

During the livestream from Tokyo, Square Enix announced the exact time for the PC release of the upcoming Star Ocean: The Last Hope Remastered. The game will be remastered to 4K and Full HD, and will be available on PC via Steam.

According to Producer Shuichi Kobayashi, the game will unlock on Steam at 2AM Japan time, which means that it’s 1AM for Malaysians and those in the GMT +8 timezone. The release date for Star Ocean: The Last Hope Remastered will be set on November 28th 2017, unless some kind of delay were to suddenly drop on us.

It’s worth mentioning that this is only for the PC release, which will unlock at the same time worldwide. The PS4 version launches on the same day, but it will follow the usual regional timings so check on your regions for the exact timing on the game’s release.

The PC version of the game will be remastered to support up to 4K resolution, that is if your PC can handle it. Keyboard and mouse controls will be available, alongside extensive level of detail settings, which will also be available on the PlayStation 4.

Star Ocean: The Last Hope Remastered (4K and Full HD) will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam on November 28th 2017, exclusively in digital form.

You can check out the livestream at the top of this post. It’s mostly focused on the Halloween characters for the mobile game Star Ocean Anamnesis. It’s pretty adorable, I must say.

Pokdepinion: I actually missed out on playing the game so now I get to enjoy it as Star Ocean: The Last Hope Remastered. I mean, I badly need a J-RPG fix so having one with upgraded visuals is like a birthday present for me.
