The Witcher: Enhanced Edition is Free for PC Gamers

One of the most critically acclaimed games available right now is The Witcher 3, having either a perfect or almost perfect score on Steam and many other reviews. Jumping straight into the game without playing the previous ones will surely leave gamers confused as to who this Geralt of Rivia truly is. Well, now you have the chance to play the first entry in the series for free.

But of course, it’s not that simple. However, it’s still worth it since you don’t have to pay anything. The folks over at GOG is giving out free copies of The Witcher: Enhanced Edition for PC gamers but you have to do a few things before you can claim the game. This is what you have to do to be eligible:

How to Claim The Witcher: Enhanced Edition

  1. Click right here to head to the GOG website.
  2. Install Gwent: The Witcher Card Game (It’s free so no worries there)
  3. Then click right here to access your free copy of The Witcher: Enhanced Edition

However, keep in mind that you will need to register with GOG and subscribe to their newsletter. However, you can also unsubscribe anytime so don’t worry about having your e-mail storage filled up for no reason. You will also get a free Gwent Card Keg, which will come in handy if you plan to continue playing Gwent.

If you’ve taken the necessary steps, you will then be able to install The Witcher: Enhanced Edition on your PC and learn about Geralt of Rivia’s past in hunting monsters, among other things.

Simple, isn’t it?

Pokdepinion: If you haven’t played the original game, you definitely should take a moment to enjoy it. It’s a pretty good game if you’re into the RPG genre.
