Coway has launched its first-ever refrigerator series in Malaysia, with the country serving as the first market for the new lineup consisting two models: the Multi Door Refrigerator 551L and the Side-by-Side Refrigerator 715L. Both new models were unveiled at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil shopping mall that includes additional events for the public to visit.
All-New Coway Refrigerator Lineup
The two models in the Coway refrigerator series cater to different household needs. As the model name implies, the Multi Door Refrigerator offers 551 liters of capacity, while the larger Side-by-Side Refrigerator provides 715 liters. Both models have maintenance-focused features such as deodorization filter replacement and door gasket care for long-term cleanliness and durability.
Layout-wise, the former includes four temperature zones and a convertible system, plus Triple Inverter technology and Dual Hygiene care with metal cooling finishes; the latter, meanwhile, offers larger capacity for bigger households, featuring humidity-controlled drawers, Double Inverter technology, and hygiene-focused cooling features.
Alongside the refrigerator launch, Coway is hosting the Coway Innovation Fest at Pavilion Bukit Jalil from 16 to 19 July 2026. The event – located in the mall’s Concourse Area – features interactive product experiences, live cooking demonstrations, and hands-on sessions with the latest additions to the BEREX Massage Chair lineup, including the BEREX Senno and BEREX Senno Plus.
The Home Passport trail event in particular features a collaboration with illustrator Willwin Yang, offering visitors limited-edition merchandise including magnetic photo frames, tote bags, sticker sheets, and enamel pins upon completing the trail. The Fresh Table Live Cooking Show will also take place during the event, with guest chefs preparing dishes using ingredients stored in the new refrigerator series.
