Cooler Master LGA1700 upgrade kits now available for just RM19!
Cooler Master has just announced the availability of the Cooler Master LGA1700 upgrade kits, allowing existing owners of Cooler Master air and liquid coolers to add support for the latest 12th Gen Intel Core platform. There are four different upgrade kits, so make sure to get the right one for your cooler.

Cooler Master has also updated the packaging on their current lineup to include the LGA1700 mounting bracket. However there might be still older packaging out there in circulation which will require you to buy the Cooler Master LGA1700 Upgrade Kits separately if you plan on using it with your 12th Gen Intel Core processor, so make sure to double check with your retailer before checking out.
It is also worth mentioning that Cooler Master recommends the MasterAir MA624 Stealth series and the 360mm MasterLiquid AIO coolers for the current 12th Gen Intel Core lineup. While the coolers listed above will be compatible with the Cooler Master LGA1700 upgrade kits, the smaller coolers may struggle with the heat output of the 12th Gen Intel Core processors, especially with the Core i9-12900K and Core i7-12700K. Even the Core i5-12600K’s 150W turbo power limit can be a challenge, so proceed with caution.
Cooler Master Malaysia has also decided to not offer the 603005420-GP kit at the moment, at least until the lower TDP 12th Gen Intel Core processors hit the market. Intel is slated to unveil more members of the 12th Gen Intel Core processors next year, which should include several locked 65W options, so stay tuned for that.
The Cooler Master LGA1700 Upgrade Kits are all priced at RM19, regardless of the variant.
