OBS Studio 28.0 Update Comes With NVIDIA Broadcast, And More
The popular open-source streaming application, OBS celebrates its 10th year anniversary with the latest OBS Studio 28.0 release. This update brings new features such as:
- NVIDIA Broadcast AI-powered virtual background technology, enabling streamers to remove and replace the backgrounds without the need of green screen
- Room echo removal suppresses unwanted echoes during streams
- HEVC (H.265) encoding support, improves video compression by 15%
- HDR support on supported platforms such as YouTube
