Shortly after the global announcement, Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is now officially confirmed to land in Malaysia, as the third variant – followed by standard and Pro – under the brand’s latest mid-range Phone (3a) lineup.

Starting off with the specs, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite comes with a 6.77-inch FHD+ (2392 x 1080, ~20:9) 120Hz AMOLED display rated for a peak brightness of 3,000 nits; and like its siblings, Glyph Light remains one of the unique features of this model – however, there is only a single LED on the lower right utilized for this feature, unlike the light strips you’ll find in higher-end variants. (Also, don’t be fooled by the rear design suggesting the battery is removable – it is not.)
Its hardware includes MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, coupled with 8GB RAM and, in the case of Malaysian markets, 256GB of onboard storage (along with microSD expansion of up to 2TB). The smartphone’s rear camera system involves three lenses: a primary 50MP 1/1.57-inch Samsung sensor for wide, 8MP sensor for ultrawide (119.5° FOV), and a 2MP macro sensor. There’s also a 16MP front facing camera capable of 4K30 and 1080p120 recording.
The 5,000mAh battery supports 33W wired charging that reaches 50% capacity in about 20 minutes, though power can also flow the other way with 5W reverse wired charging for powering accessories. It’s also IP54-rated for ingress protection, meaning it can handle water splashes and light rain conditions. For software, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite comes with Android 15-based Nothing OS 3.5, with promised three years of Android updates and six years of security patches.
The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite will be available in Malaysia in Black and White color options for RM1,199. Pre-orders are open on November 22, 2025, with open sales kicking off one week after that.
