Acer Malaysia Debuts Predator Triton 17 X With Class-Leading Specs
Acer Malaysia today announces its latest addition to the Predator lineup: the Predator Triton 17 X. This sub-20mm chassis packs serious hardware, including Core i9-13900HX and RTX 4090 Max-Q, up to 64GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and a total of 4TB of SSD in RAID 0 array configuration.
Its display is no slouch either – the Predator Triton 17 X comes with a 16:10 QHD+ (2560×1600) 1000-zone mini-LED (AmLED) panel that supports 250Hz refresh rate and over 1,000 nits of peak brightness (certified for DisplayHDR 1000), with 100% DCI-P3 gamut coverage. The 19.9-21.9mm thin chassis comes from a solid CNC-milled block with micro-etched RGB Predator logo, stainless steel speaker mesh, diamond-cut highlights and three way exhaust with full-length rear exhaust.
On the subject of cooling, it gets two of the fifth-gen AeroBlade 3D fans with air guiding structures with 10% more airflow compared to previous designs, with a third fan providing additional cooling. Coupled with vapor chamber cooling system, the laptop is capable of containing a combined power of 330 watts from both CPU and GPU.
The Acer Predator Triton 17 X is now available exclusively at Acer eStore and Acer Concept Store in IOI City Mall, costing RM18,999. Customers purchasing this laptop before 31 Aug 2023 will be entitled for Acer Day promotions, with redeemable RM250 credit for TnG eWallet and Overwatch 2 code redemption.
