Dizo, realme’s sub-brand that makes primarily AIoT products has just released a teaser of its upcoming phone on social media. The tease was posted on the brand’s official Twitter account which includes a barely visible look at the titular phone itself and a caption that reads “LOOKS THAT DON’T DECEIVE”.

Teaser with enhanced brightness

The phone in the teaser is pretty hidden in the dark but when you pump up the brightness you can clearly see that Dizo’s first phone is not a smartphone but in fact a feature phone. This corroborates with the recent FCC listing, which showcases two feature phones; Dizo Star 500 and Star 300.

Judging by the circular camera design, the phone teased in the picture looks to be the Dizo Star 500 which was listed on the FCC back in May. According to the listing, the Star 500 will feature dual-SIM support with dual-band 2G connectivity, a 1,830 battery, a single camera with LED flash and microSD support. However, the teaser photo shows a more textured back design rather than the plain back with a large Dizo branding. Either the device is a completely new device or it has been slightly redesigned.

The other feature phone listed in the FCC last May is the Dizo Star 300. The Star 300 is the smaller brother of the Star 500 and comes with a smaller screen but a bigger 2,500mAh battery and also features dual-SIM support with dual-band 2G connectivity, microSD support as well as a single camera with LED flash.

As of right now, there isn’t much information regarding the realme sub-brand’s first phone apart from the teaser. Be sure to stay tuned to us at Pokde.net for more news about this.

Pokdepinion: In all honesty, I was not aware of the brand’s existence until now and after checking out their catalogue of products they look pretty solid.
