The latest addition to the roster, The First Great Magic, enhances Charged Attacks while providing increased damage or movement speed based on the party composition, aligning perfectly with the skills of the newest five-star unit, Lyney. Now, leaks are shedding light on the weapons to anticipate in the second half of Version 4.0.
Prominent Genshin Impact leaker hxg_diluc, shared a post via Full Stop Chan, revealing the exciting lineup of weapons set to grace Version 4.0’s second half. The forthcoming banner will showcase the return of the Polar Star and the Vortex Vanquisher as limited five-star weapons, exclusively designed for Tartaglia and Zhongli, the featured characters. Additionally, the lineup features a selection of coveted four-star weapons, including the Rust bow and the Widsith catalyst, among others. The launch of the second half of Version 4.0 is anticipated for September 6th.

Pokdepinion: Personally, I’m not sure if I would bother with weapons yet. It depends on how I feel about the new characters first. Definitely have more than enough resources, just a matter of finding the energy to do a deep dive into the game again given the sheer amount of content I’ve yet to explore.
