Lazada Introduces New Collections Points Service — Collect Packages At Your Convenience
Lazada Malaysia has today introduce Collection Points, a new delivery option ahead of their 7th Birthday Sale. The new service lets you to choose a preferred station to pick up your packages, at a time and place of your choice.
The service is currently live in the Klang Valley area with further plans to expand it nationwide. All you need to do is perform a simple verification procedure when picking up packages for security.
If all items in your cart are eligible for Collection Point delivery, the “Collection Points” banner will automatically appear on the checkout screen and populate available locations nearby your default shipping address (within Klang Valley).
Once a package arrives at the selected Collection Point station, users will be notified through email, SMS, and Lazada app, along with instructions on how to collect it. The notification will cary an OTP and inform you to collect the parcel within 3 days, before it is returned to its origin. Payment will subsequently be refunded to the buyer. Purchases can be verified and collected during the station’s operating hours.
The new Collection Points were developed in collaboration with CollectCo, tapping into their network of over 200 stations to enhance Lazada eLogistics’ last mile delivery capabilities.
