Samsung Malaysia recently announced a permanent price cut for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy Z Flip. This makes both smartphones more affordable to own, and it also means you can get a foldable device for less than RM4,000. The new prices are listed right below here:

• Galaxy Z Flip 256GB = RM3,999 (previously RM5,888)
• Galaxy S20 FE 5G 256GB = RM2,999 (previously RM3,399)
• Galaxy S20 FE LTE 128GB = RM2,299 (previously RM2,699)

For those of you who aren’t aware, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is the more affordable version of their flagship Galaxy S20 series, with one variant powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. The 4G LTE variant is running the Exynos 990 SoC instead, which is the same as the other entries in the flagship series.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip on the other hand is a foldable smartphone designed much like the clamshell phones of old. You have a small outer display which can be used as a viewfinder to take selfies, and a rather long primary display. This one is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC.
